| Workspace (tenant) | One company's isolated data set inside Zudo Works |
| Posting | Making a draft movement final; writes the ledger |
| Ledger | The append-only list of stock entries behind every balance |
| Moving-average cost | The item's cost, recalculated on every inflow (receipt, positive adjustment, return) |
| BOM | Bill of materials: the components and quantities of a manufactured part, per revision |
| Scrap % | Extra material planned for waste on a BOM line |
| Work order / job | A manufacturing order for an item and quantity, with material, routing, labour and cost |
| Routing step | An ordered operation on a work order at a work centre |
| Reservation | Stock held for a confirmed sales order line |
| Procurement / MRP | Demand − supply = shortage, per item |
| Idempotency key | A client-chosen token that makes a posting safe to retry |
| Custom form | A low-code data model you design; its records are JSON documents |
| Lookup | A field that references an item, customer, vendor, warehouse or another form's record |
| Subform | Rows of child fields inside a record |
| Workflow rule | Trigger + condition + steps that run when records change (or a report button is pressed) |
| Widget / report | A chart definition (source, dimension, measures, filters) on a dashboard or a module page |
| View mode | Normal / Edit / Design / Workflow — which controls the UI shows |
| Journey | The dashboard checklist (Your journey) or the owner's custom step list |
| Blueprint | The flowchart of how the modules connect |
| Super-admin | Zudo support staff with cross-workspace administration |
