Bills of materials

Route: /boms [bom.read, write bom.write]

• Single-level BOM per manufactured parent item, with revisions.
• Lines: component item, quantity per parent unit, scrap % (10 % on 0.75 kg plans 0.825 kg), notes. A component cannot equal the parent and cannot repeat.
• Status: draft → released → obsolete. Releasing a revision obsoletes the previously released one. Released BOMs are immutable (bom_immutable) — create a new revision.
• A work order can only be released when its item has a released BOM (bom_not_released).
• Views: list, tree (parent/child hierarchy), KPI strip.
