Zudo WorksE-mail and document templates
Where: Settings → Templates · Permission: settings.manage.
- E-mail templates for invoices, quotes, sales orders, credit notes, payment receipts, payment reminders, statements, purchase orders and vendor payments. Use the listed
{{placeholders}}(unknown ones are refused), preview with sample values, or reset to the built-in text. A customised purchase-order template is used by Send PO to vendor. - Document templates (PDF) for invoices, credit notes and statements: style, accent colour, title, logo, item codes, payments, tax breakdown, signature, tax number, bank details, terms, footer, paper and font size, with a PDF preview.
