Zudo WorksBilling, usage and limits
Where: Settings → Billing (/settings/billing), /pricing [settings.manage to change plan]
- Summary: plan, status (active / past due / cancelled / expired), trial or grace days left, billing cycle, currency, seats (billed = max(3, active users)), quote per cycle including storage overage, price list.
- Usage this month (counters reset on the 1st, UTC): file storage, API calls (API-key requests), webhook deliveries, Zudo AI requests and tokens, users — each with ok / warning (≥ 80 %) / exceeded levels.
- Limits per plan (see §3) and custom limits for Enterprise set by Zudo support.
- Audit log retention limits how far back
/settings/audit-logreads. - Change plan: Standard or Business, monthly or annual, INR or USD (
POST /tenant/billing/plan); refused if active users exceed the target plan; Enterprise via sales.
Users and seats. Having every seat of the plan filled is normal, so the usage banner never turns red for users. The limit speaks up only when someone tries to add one more user: the Users page shows a red message with Upgrade plan.
