Zudo WorksNotifications, attachments, tags and saved views
- Notification centre (bell): a welcome note for new users, job lifecycle events for the job's creator, and e-mail events — an e-mail that waits for a decision (
mail_decision, opens the record with the choice dialog), a mailbox that needs reconnecting (mail_reconnect, owners) and a bounce (mail_bounced); mark one or all read. - Attachments: photos and signatures on items, work orders and stock movements (JPG/PNG/ WebP ≤ 8 MB, signature-checked, object storage). Whoever may read the record sees them; whoever works on it may add or remove them. Counted against plan storage.
- Tags: coloured labels on items (
tags,item_tags), created inline, used in filters. - Saved views: per table, a named filter + column configuration; personal or team visibility; one can be the default.
- Feedback: the side tab sends bug reports / ideas (title, description, steps, severity, priority, screenshot, page context) to the Zudo admin e-mail; owners list them via the API.
