Mobile, scanning and working offline

• Installable app (PWA) with an install prompt; update prompt when a new version ships.
• Phone layout: bottom navigation, floating action button for the page's main action, pull-to-refresh, rows as cards with swipe actions, sticky Save bars on forms.
• Scan (/scan): camera barcode/QR scanner (EAN-13/8, UPC-A/E, Code 128, Code 39, QR, Data Matrix, PDF417) with permission explainer, framing guide, vibration and spoken result; typing a code (keyboard wedge scanner) works too.
• Offline: pages show cached data with a "cached" chip; writes made offline are queued and flushed in order when the connection returns (a replay the server refuses — e.g. a duplicate code — is dropped and reported; a network failure stops the flush and keeps the rest). The pending count shows in the top bar.
