- Paid plans bill a minimum of 3 seats. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
- Storage overage: paid plans may exceed their included storage at ₹200 / $3 per extra GB per month. The trial stops at its included storage.
- Soft limit at 80 %: the owner receives one e-mail per month per meter and everyone sees an in-app banner. Hard limit at 100 %: further API-key calls answer
429 usage_limit_exceededand further webhook deliveries are skipped until the first of next month. Adding a user beyond the plan answers402 plan_limit_exceeded. - Dunning: after a failed payment there is a 7-day grace period with a red banner; then the workspace is suspended. Cancellation: data is kept for a month and the workspace can be reactivated in that time.
